January 18, 2017 Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation published on its website a letter addressed to subjects of medical products. In the letter, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation draws the attention of interested organizations to the fact that from January 1, 2017, the transition from the application of the OKP classifier to the OKPD-2 classifier was made.
In this regard, Government Decision No. 1042, approving the list of medical goods, the sale and import of which is exempted from the value added tax, has been amended: a column with the codes of the OKPD-2 classifier has been added.
