Personal Data Processing Policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” and outlines the procedures for processing personal data as well as the security measures implemented by LLC “ECES Kvoliti” (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

The Operator’s foremost objective is to respect the rights and freedoms of individuals during the processing of their personal data, including the protection of privacy and the confidentiality of personal and family information. This Policy applies to all information the Operator may collect about visitors to the website https://certru.ru/en.

• Provision of Personal Data: Actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a particular individual or group.

• Full Name (first name, last name, and, where applicable, middle name);
• Phone Number;
• Email Address.

In addition, the website collects and processes anonymized data about its visitors (including “cookie” files) using internet analytics services such as Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others. Collectively, this information is referred to as “Personal Data” throughout this Policy.

4. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The primary purpose for processing the User’s personal data is to communicate with the User via email, to establish two-way communication—including sending notifications, providing services, and processing inquiries, feedback, and requests.

Furthermore, the Operator reserves the right to send notifications regarding new products and services, special offers, and various events. The processing of personal data is conducted on an indefinite basis. The User may withdraw their consent for the processing of personal data at any time by emailing info@certru.ru/en with the subject “Withdrawal of Consent for Personal Data Processing.”

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
Before any cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out, the Operator will ensure that the destination country provides adequate protection for the rights of personal data subjects.

Should the destination country not meet these standards, cross-border transfers may only occur with the explicit written consent of the data subject and/or under a binding contract to which the data subject is a party.

Any amendments to this Policy will be reflected in this document. This Policy remains in effect until it is replaced by a new version.
